Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all Subhvastra tags securely attached to be eligible for processing.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the package at your nearest courier point.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
